Local Harvest Grocery chose Plaz Sales to replace our outdated Microsoft POS system last year. It was important to us to work with and support a local company, and we liked the features and set up that Plaz Sales offered. We were able to keep our existing scanner/scales, which integrated with the rest of the hardware and software provided by Plaz Sales. Along with the features and support, this made switching to Plaz Sales very economical compared to the competition.
Plaz Sales was a huge upgrade from our previous system, with many new features and a user-friendly and customizable interface. The handheld device and label printer have both been very helpful. The Plaz Sales team has been quick in resolving technical issues, and the consistent software updates have been impressive. This is not a static program- they actually listen to our needs and work on updating the software to provide solutions. The transition to a new POS is never easy, but we have been happy with the service and support provided by Plaz Sales.
